Vegan Chipotle Dip

The number of peppers types, in Mexico, is about the same number of words Eskimo has for snow. In short, a lot! Chipotle is a type of pepper, which I particularly liked in its canned version of tomato sauce (Adobo). It has a unique spicyness and smoky flavor. I use it for cooking and seasoning, as well as for dips that upgrade dishes, crackers and patties.

Ingredients
1 cup of cashew

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 Chipotle Peppers (sold in cans – chipotle in adobo)

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon of natural apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons of natural date syrup / natural maple

1 tablespoon cold press canola oil

⅓ teaspoons of smoked paprika

¾-½ cap of water

preparation method
Grind everything in a blender / food processor / hand blender
Fix seasoning and enjoy.
